Change of time and date may be made up to a month before the scheduled date. However after the 30 days has elapsed a booking fee will be charged again for re-booking.
Fairyfields is not a childcare facility. We do our utmost to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all the party guests, however all children at your booked party are your responsibility.
Allergies – many children have food allergies and intolerances, and although our party menus have been designed with this in mind Fairyfields does not take responsibility for managing children with allergies – if you know that children with allergies will be attending your party, please liaise with parents beforehand. A full list of menu ingredients are available and we are happy to assist with coming up with alternatives.
While it is Fairyfields intention to provide the appropriate Party Host for a non-fairy themed party, sometimes due to staffing constraints this may not always be possible.
